We are looking for a Jewelry Consultant to provide exceptional customer service, assist in sales, and ensure store operations run smoothly.
What Youll Do
- Greet and assist customers, providing product knowledge and consultation.
- Manage product display, stock opname, and quality checks.
- Conduct sales planning and follow up with customer databases.
- Maintain store grooming and adhere to operational SOPs.
- Handle in-store and external events to drive engagement.
- Ensure accurate data entry and reporting for store activities.
- Diploma degree or Bachelors degree in any field.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems.
- English or Hokkien language skills are a plus.
- Be part of an industry-leading luxury brand.
