Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), placement in Yogyakarta. This entry-level role is suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in business analysis or related roles. You will work alongside senior analysts, project managers, and development teams to support the translation of business needs into effective digital solutions.

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join our team at PT. Sigma Cipta Caraka (Telkomsigma), placement in Yogyakarta. This entry-level role is suitable for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in business analysis or related roles. You will work alongside senior analysts, project managers, and development teams to support the translation of business needs into effective digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements through meetings or observations.
- Able to handle multiple projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clear understanding of functional specifications.
- Support the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), functional specs, and flow diagrams.
- Assist in translating business processes into technical requirements and user stories.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including writing test cases and compiling feedback.
- Monitor project milestones and assist in communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support findings and recommendations.
- Maintain clear and structured documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on tools, trends, and methodologies in business analysis and IT systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role (including internship/project experience).
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and/or agile frameworks.
- Able to design Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Flow Diagrams to support system analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with tools like Jira, Trello, Lucidchart is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment.
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
