You are

  • Attentive, you create a relationship of trust to understand and meet our guests’ expectations.
  • Smiling and friendly, you ensure our customers feel welcome in the shop.
  • Creative and ensure an attractive layout. Merchandising is second nature to you.
  • Performance is your priority. You like new challenges and increasing sales.

You will

  • Offer our customers (G.M., Gentle Members) an exceptional but always different shopping experience.
  • Advise and propose new experiences to G.M. in order to develop their loyalty.
  • Ensure that the essential sales levers (inventory management, hygiene, merchandising, coaching, etc.) are under control.
  • Coach and motivate the resort teams to increase local sales performance.
  • Set up sales events within the Resort
  • Ensure the equipment, material and infrastructure of the Resort
