- Create eye-catching marketing materials: social media posts, digital ads, email templates, presentations, and web visuals.
- Apply and maintain brand identities across clients and partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to turn briefs into high-quality creative outputs.
- Ensure visual consistency across all communications and stay aligned with brand guidelines.
- Source, edit, and organize imagery, icons, and other graphic elements.
- Track project timelines and tasks across design, web, and campaign workflows using tools like Monday.com.
- Act as the bridge between creative and strategy teams to clarify briefs, priorities, and deadlines.
- Review deliverables for accuracy, brand alignment, and completeness before submission.
- Support preparation of performance reports and client-ready summaries.
- Help schedule and upload marketing content across websites and social platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Experience
- 1-2 years in a graphic design or marketing coordination role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
- Strong sense of design, layout, typography, and visual balance.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or Trello.
- You love transforming briefs into visually stunning designs.
- Naturally organized and thrive in fast-paced environments.
