Key Account Manager

• Grow and achieving sales target of Fluidcon, drill spare part, maintenance services and rock drill tools in assigned key accounts
• Grow and achieve target number of active customers in according of territory Key account manager.
• Achieve hunting KPI set and agreed with Management Meet or exceed parts, service labour and drilling consumables sales goals within the territory.
• Responsible with customer satisfaction by having close coordination and collaboration cross department in Epiroc.
• Responsible to settle business from Prospecting (lead), Approach, Negotiation, Close deal, Install and delivery monitoring & right invoicing until payment (OR/OI).
• Ensure Take 5 conducted before working.
• Ensure SHEQ procedure has been implemented.
• Immediately report to direct superior any "Near Miss, Incident and Accident".
• Make CRM at least 3 plans every day.
• Lead overall sales process from prospect to payment which must be recorded in the sales CRM platform provided by the Company.
• Develop personal skills to meet ongoing challenges.
• Design marketing strategies and new proposal to customer.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to determine sales method.
• Identify new clients and potential business opportunities and increase sales of products and services.
• Develop and design marketing strategies according to territory.
• AR monitoring and follow up customer.
• Customer issue handling
• Ensure Working capital management.
• Profitability action plan
• Monthly and Quarterly Sales Report
• Customer Satisfaction monitoring.
  
  

Requirements:

Educational background:

• Minimum diploma degree or equivalent with work experience.
  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy equipment sales for mining is preferred
  
  

Technical Knowledge & Skill:

• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the public.
• Computer skills must include ability to communicate through Lotus Notes, read and prepare spreadsheets, prepare Power Point presentations, work with Microsoft word documents, and others.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in both Bahasa Indonesian and Bahasa English both oral and written communication.
