You'll observe and interpret trends from sales and market intelligence to develop strategies for new business and targeted clients.
As a Lead Sales Specialist - Drill Bits, you will be responsible for:
- Developing sales strategies to scope, plan and successfully deliver winning proposals for existing and/or key account(s).
- Developing sales and strategy initiatives using your knowledge of competitors to access new markets, customers and opportunities.
- Creating detailed and application specific technical Drill Bit proposals.
- Handling diverse clients in assigned region and area.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Have more than 5 years of working experience in Oilfield Services as an Account Sales and/or Engineer with in-depth technical knowledge in Drill Bits.
- Be fluent in English both oral and written with excellent all-round communication skills.
- Be able to show good problem-solving and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Have demonstrate ability to influence others and lead small teams and ability to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.
- Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
