Learning Operation Intern

Job description:

● Support the management of intensive training programs end-to-end, working under the guidance of the Program officer.

● Assist in the implementation of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) strategies to collect data and to assess the effectiveness of intensive training programs

● Act as a classroom moderator or operator and ensure that classroom activities run smoothly

● Collaborate with subject matter experts, tutors, and mentors to maintain compliance with classroom management

procedures, including administration, learning materials, and other tools.

● Contribute to the development and execution of engagement and retention strategies to ensure the continued

commitment of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning Mentors (LMs), and Classroom Tutors (CTs)

● Engage with students before and after program implementation to increase participation and engagement rates

● Update learning management system (LMS) for students learning purposes

● Assist in managing student’s & amp, mentor’s data and documents

● Manage administrative matters related with students and mentors

● Final year or recently graduated from a reputable university is a plus

● Willing to work in shift setting (availability at night is a must to moderate classroom)

● Strong project management skills

● Assertive communication, especially in managing conflict and issues

● Active involvement in organizations and extracurricular activities

● Experience in organizing events from A to Z and managing large groups of people

● Have basic skills of microsoft excel/google spreadsheet is a plus

● Experience in learning design or organizing events related in learning & development program is a plus
