Role Purpose
As the Brand Lead for Lifebuoy Shampoo, you will be the driving force behind one of the most iconic personal care brands. This role is responsible for shaping the brand’s future by delivering end-to-end marketing excellence—covering strategy, positioning, innovation, engagement, activation, and measurement. You will lead initiatives that strengthen Lifebuoy’s purpose-driven mission while accelerating growth in a highly competitive market.

Role Purpose
As the Brand Lead for Lifebuoy Shampoo, you will be the driving force behind one of the most iconic personal care brands. This role is responsible for shaping the brand’s future by delivering end-to-end marketing excellence—covering strategy, positioning, innovation, engagement, activation, and measurement. You will lead initiatives that strengthen Lifebuoy’s purpose-driven mission while accelerating growth in a highly competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Marketing Flow of Work: Deliver some or all steps of the marketing process—strategy, positioning, innovation, engagement, activation, and measurement—to ensure brand relevance and consumer love.
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and execute a compelling brand vision and positioning that resonates with consumers and differentiates Lifebuoy Shampoo in the marketplace.
- Innovation Leadership: Partner with R&D and cross-functional teams to develop breakthrough innovations and manage successful product launches.
- Consumer Engagement: Design and implement integrated campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and loyalty across digital and traditional channels.
- Activation Excellence: Collaborate with Customer Development and Media teams to ensure flawless execution of brand activations in-market.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze brand performance, consumer insights, and market trends to optimize strategies and deliver growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency for new initiatives.
- Sustainability & Purpose: Champion Lifebuoy’s mission of hygiene and well-being, embedding sustainability into every aspect of the brand journey.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, ideally in FMCG or personal care.
- Proven track record in brand strategy, innovation, and campaign execution.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset.
