Management Trainee (Mandarin Speaker)

Program Overview: Our Management Trainee Program is a comprehensive, 6-month training journey that offers hands-on experience and professional development in key areas such as Quality Control, Production, and Supply Chain Management. Trainees will receive in-depth exposure to our operations, learning from industry experts and gaining practical skills that are essential for a thriving career in the dental sector.

Training Structure:

Quality Control: Trainees will learn about maintaining high standards in dental product manufacturing, ensuring that all products meet the rigorous quality standards of PT Huge Dental.

Production: Trainees will be involved in the end-to-end production process, from planning and scheduling to manufacturing and product delivery, ensuring efficiency and excellence in every step.

Supply Chain Management: Trainees will gain insights into managing the supply chain effectively, learning how to oversee the procurement, logistics, and distribution processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of our products.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any field (medical is a big plus) from reputable university is preferable
• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
• Proficient in both English is a must, Mandarin speaker is preferable.
• Candidate with strong learning, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to undergo training for over six months
• Able to travel international for training
