MANAGER ASSISTANT (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible to assist an effective and efficient communications between local employees and expatriates who needs translation both verbal and written.
• Translating company documents or needs into Mandarin or vise versa.
• Responsible for preparing presentation materials and reports as required by the Manager.
• Work closely with head of department to foster a harmonious workplace, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline communication with the top management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Technical & Qualifications:

• Minimum education is High School or D3 from Chinese Literature or Any Major faculty.
• Minimum has 1 year work experiences in manufacturing is a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin IS A MUST. (Written and verbal) is a must; preferably familiar with technical/production language.
• Have good communication skills.
