SALES MANAGER

Job Descriptions :

• Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams strengths and weaknesses
• Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them
• Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies
• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally
• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
• Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
• Do planning, organization and problem-solving
• To set sales targets and achieve them effectively

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma marketing Management
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience working with customer support
• Must have pleasant, responsible and trustworthy
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong intrapersonal skills, great conceptual thinking, and customer-oriented Familiarity with data analysis and reporting.
