Manager Project Management

In your new role you will:

• Lead planning and execution of cross-fuctional projects in backend assembly/test
• Define project scope, deliverables, schedule, budget, and resources plans
• Track project progress using milestones-based projects plan
• Identify and mitigate project risks, roadblocks, and cross-functional conflicts
• Provide regular status reporting and escalation to leadership
• Coordinate NPI qualification and line readiness.
  
  

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 3 years in leadership role managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proficient in project management tools
• Familiarity in NPI, process qualification, and transfer proticol
• Strong in planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder management
• Comfortable in fast-paced matrix-driven environment
• Ability to influence without authority and resolve conflics diplomatically.
