Qualifications & experience

• Excellent fluency in written and spoken Mandarin with a minimum of Level IV HSK result.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chinese Literature or equivalent
• Honest, responsible, quick-learning team-player
• Passionate with teaching profession with emphasis on youth education
• Experience is desirable but not mandatory; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good time management and leadership skills

Tasks & responsibilities

• Build an inclusive class environment
• Develop student's interest and commitment in learning Mandarin
• Instill a Lesson Plan that caters to students' specific requirements
• Assess students’ worksheets in formulating the right improvement strategies for each student
• Create challenging exercises and fun activities
