Product Innovation & Development Lead

We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals join our team as Product Innovation & Development Lead. The role of this position is essential for driving product innovation within the company together with the team.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Create and develop a new product concept.
• Generate ideas for product regarding the formula, claim, packaging, pricing strategy, and other key attributes that are going to be involved in the product.
• Do competitor research for benchmarking and creating innovative product that suit our brand’s values and market demand.
• Conduct user panel test and efficacy evaluations of products to ensure product quality and requirements.
• Work closely with Directors to ensure smooth product development and launch process.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to ensure regulatory compliance.
  

Who We Are Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering / Chemist or other related major.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Innovation in skincare / cosmetics is highly desirable.
• Previous experience in the skincare industry is required.
• Be proficient in English both oral and written.
• Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients through research journal readings.
• Ability to lead and work effectively in teams.
• Proficiency in project management and time management.
• Willing to WFO in BSD Tangerang Selatan.
