Job Description
- Operational Oversight
- Manage end-to-end manufacturing operations, including production planning, quality control, and cost optimization.
- Ensure all facilities meet the quality, productivity, and safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Strategic Manufacturing Leadership
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline production and enhance scalability.
- Lead technology integration and upgrades to ensure competitive advantage.
- Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop local operations teams in Bangladesh & Indonesia
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and operational excellence.
- Provide guidance on complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Cross-Border Coordination
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure seamless operations.
- Address logistical and regulatory challenges in South Asia to maintain smooth production flows.
- Open to travel 70% of the time, with most placements being in Indonesia and Bangladesh.
- Candidate needs to be Indonesian, with Mandarin fluency skillset
- Candidates to preferably have handled factory with more than 1,000 employees
- Candidates to preferably have engineering, technology, assembly and testing background.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
