Marketing Associate

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing effective marketing strategies to increase company revenue and analyzing business development. You will be involved in various marketing activities ranging from market research to marketing campaign execution. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to our business growth.

• Conducting in-depth market research to uncover industry insights, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Developing and executing strategic marketing plans tailored to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth.
• Crafting compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, advertising, and promotions.
• Managing end-to-end campaign execution, from planning and execution to performance analysis and reporting.
• Analyzing sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
• Cultivating strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome, with a keen interest in Beauty/Skincare brands.
• Minimum of 1 year of marketing experience in the FMCG or Beauty industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
