Havanna Family Reflexology is a family reflexology founded in 2016. Currently, it has 7 outlets spread across East Java & Tangerang: 4 outlets in Surabaya, 1 outlet in Sidoarjo, 1 outlet in Malang, and 1 outlet in Gading Serpong. With years of experience, Havanna has always been committed to providing the best service and personal care so that customers can experience their wholesome rest.

Responsbilities

• Planning & execute marketing plan according to predefined strategies.
• Coordinate the implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget, and in line with brand guidelines.
• Engage with customers, partners, and influencers fostering positive relationships and driving brand advocacy.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as brands, to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns.
• Implement promotional activities and events, including logistics coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution, to support marketing objectives.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as operations, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the status and performance of marketing initiatives, including budget utilization and timeline.
  
  

Requirements

• Women based in Surabaya, max 35 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Preferably to have experience in Hospitality or related fields.
• Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written in Indonesian and English).
• Attention to detail, excellent problem solver, strong analytical and organizational skill.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work with People & Performance Management.
