Job Description Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging visual content, impactful copy, and creative marketing materials to support the company’s branding, communication, and promotional initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams to translate complex tax-related information into visually compelling and easy-to-understand content across various digital platforms. This position also involves contributing to brand-building activities and supporting marketing campaigns that enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conceptualize and develop creative content ideas that align with the company’s branding, marketing, and communication strategies.
2. Design and produce visual materials, including social media posts, infographics, presentations, banners, and other promotional assets.
3. Translate complex, technical tax-related information into clear, engaging, and visually appealing content suitable for a broad audience.
4. Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and digital engagement strategies.
5. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity, tone, and messaging across platforms.
6. Manage the end-to-end content production process — from planning and concept development to execution, editing, and publishing.
7. Stay up to date with design, branding, content, and digital marketing trends to continuously enhance creativity and effectiveness.
8. Collaborate with the marketing team, tax consultants, and other departments to ensure message accuracy, brand consistency, and communication goals are achieved.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Up to 2 years of experience in graphic design, content creation, digital marketing, or branding.
3. Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
4. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive messages.
5. Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and content optimization techniques.
6. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and brand communication strategies.
7. Creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated with strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
10. Creative, innovative, and up to date with design, branding, and marketing industry trends.
11. Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
