Marketing Communications

Main Accountabilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage and create engaging daily content for Epiroc and Fluidcon's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), monitor audience engagement, respond to interactions, analyzing and collaborate with the relate Department/ Division to design campaigns that align with business objectives and branding strategies.

• Website Management: Manage and update the content of Epiroc and Fluidcon websites, ensuring alignment with company branding, collaboration with internal teams for updates on products and announcements, monitoring traffic and performance via analytics tools, and resolving technical issues with IT or external agencies.

• Design & Content Creation: Design and create brochures, flyers, events, social media visuals, videos, and other marketing materials for Epiroc and Fluidcon in alignment with brand guidelines, ensuring quality standards and consistent company messaging.

• Coordinate and execute internal and external events across SSEA, including planning, logistics, resource management, digital promotions, live social media updates, and post-event reporting, to enhance employee engagement, team collaboration, and alignment with company goals.

• Merchandise Coordination: Coordinate the design, procurement, distribution, and inventory management of merchandise for internal and external purposes, ensuring alignment with company branding guidelines and fulfilling requests for promotional items for events and initiatives.

• Create Articles and News for External and Internal Audiences SSEA: Develop engaging and informative content tailored to both external and internal audiences within the SSEA region. Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant information and insights for articles and news pieces.

Requirements: Educational Background :

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communication and branding

Experience :

• Minimum 2 years experience in same field

Knowledge & Skill :

• Updated with industry trends in both communication and mining
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with teams
