Job Responsibility:

  • Install hardware and software for PCs, Laptops, Switch Hub, Routers, Microtic, and Printers
  • Install OS, standard software and supporting software required by users
  • Install and update applications used within the Tempo Scan Group environment
  • Troubleshoot laptops, PCs and printers
  • Set up email on user PCs/laptops

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering / Management Informatics / Computer Science /Computer Engineering
  • 1 year experience in IT Technical Support
  • Skilled in LAN/WAN networking, troubleshooting, Windows OS and standard software installation
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Initiative, solving problems and high passion for learning exploring new knowledge
