As the Marketing Head, you will be the driving force behind the hospital's marketing and communication strategies. You will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, build strong relationships with external stakeholders, and lead a talented marketing team to achieve the hospital's business objectives.

As the Marketing Head, you will be the driving force behind the hospital's marketing and communication strategies. You will develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns, build strong relationships with external stakeholders, and lead a talented marketing team to achieve the hospital's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing programs to promote the hospital's services and brand.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including government agencies, insurance providers, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Act as a bridge between the marketing team and management, ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and develop effective marketing strategies.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, advertising, and public relations.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the hospital or healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
