About The Role
Flora Food Indonesia is looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who can create a significant funnel of innovation and drive lead generation and engagement through social media, LinkedIn, and the website to attract key potential customers for acquisition.

About The Role
Flora Food Indonesia is looking for a Marketing Manager who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Someone who can create a significant funnel of innovation and drive lead generation and engagement through social media, LinkedIn, and the website to attract key potential customers for acquisition.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Innovation Projects for Blue Band Retail Products (8–10 projects annually), collaborating with R&D and Supply Chain teams in Indonesia and globally. Project management occurs weekly.
- Conduct Project Evaluation on New Product Development (NPD) on a monthly basis.
- Facilitate training and work collaboratively with the Global Team on Media Planning for Retail Markets, particularly leveraging social media to generate leads and work with KOL Experts.
- Manage the Blue Band Community of Operators and Customers by developing loyalty programs and acquiring new customers.
- Coach subordinates to develop their potential and performance.
- Build and strengthen CRM systems for Customer Loyalty Programs in partnership with a CRM agency, focusing on cross-selling, upselling, and CRM-related programs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team on customer acquisition initiatives.
- Establish partnerships with E-commerce and Quick Commerce platforms like Gojek and Grab to enhance customer engagement.
- You have a solid understanding of Marketing Management, including promoting product superiority, engaging customers, and leveraging social media effectively.
- You excel in New Product Development (concept testing, P&L, pricing strategies, and customer research) and can lead projects locally while collaborating with global teams.
- You possess excellent communication skills, adapting your approach to audiences at various organizational levels, both technical and non-technical.
- Minimum Degree in Marketing or General Marketing specialization.
- At least 5 years of experience in media planning and digital marketing execution (preferably in FMCG).
- Strong critical thinking, data analysis, and ability to convey marketing and audience-led insights effectively.
- Exceptional business acumen.
- Core competencies: consumer empathy, creativity, analytical thinking, rigor, effective communication, complex project management, business planning, and adaptability in an agile environment.
- Business-oriented mindset with expertise in the 3 C’s (Consumer, Customer, Competition), recognizing trends, practices, information, and insights to make sound business decisions.
- Resilient attitude and a winning spirit.
