Role Description

This is an on-site contract role for a Marketing Manager in Bandung. Luarsekolah is looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts across multiple channels. You’ll be responsible for driving user acquisition, brand growth, and customer retention through integrated strategies that support our fast-growing education products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth environment, has a “will and must-do” attitude, and is ready to own both strategy and execution from end to end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of leading marketing and communication teams
• Experience in optimizing landing pages for conversion and lead quality improvement
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and performance-driven funnels
• Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, and Search Console
• Familiarity with CRM and automation tools: Mekari Qontak, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Kirim.Email
• Proficient in project and team collaboration tools: ClickUp, Slack, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of branding, customer lifecycle, and measurable marketing outcomes
