Mechanical Engineer

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Create detailed 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for new products, parts, and systems.
• Prototyping and Testing: Develop prototypes and conduct tests to validate designs, materials, and processes; analyze test data to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Project Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones, maintain documentation, and ensure designs meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Problem Solving and Optimization: Identify, diagnose, and resolve design-related issues; recommend modifications to improve performance, reduce costs, and streamline manufacturing processes.
• Materials Selection and Analysis: Select appropriate materials based on structural requirements, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate design specifications, test results, and recommendations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering, design, or product development.
• Can speak English in professional setting
• Proficient in CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar), finite element analysis (FEA) tools, and an understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
