SENIOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support preparation on document on tax submission every month with tight deadline.
• Support timely & accurate month end , year end closing for bookkeeping on PE (Permanent Establishment ) /BUT (Badan Usaha Tetap) transaction and reporting.
• Responsible on AP function and AR function on BUT.
• Prepare accounting schedule and reconciliation as part of month end close process.
• Responsible and maintain Fixed Asset Register.
• Support activities relating to general accounting.
• Be the master data and system control specialist for accounting system.
• Petty cash reimbursement.
• Handle ad hoc assignments and projects by Manager.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy.
• More than 5 -7 years of relevant experience, and familiar with Indonesia tax rule and regulation ( Indonesia Withholding, VAT, Pph, Ppn rules).
• Well versed with Double taxation agreement between Singapore and Indonesia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Accounting software ( preferable SAP Business One)
• Possess initiative, willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently, accuracy, meticulous and resourceful.
• Can-do attitude and a team player.
• Good communication skills.
