Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing merchants to enhance their experience, ensuring loyalty and long-term retention.
  • Help merchants in resolving technical issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies/initiatives to maximize revenue and transaction volume for Yukk’s merchants.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
  • Provide valuable feedback to internal teams regarding product enhancements and features based on merchant insights and market trends.

Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in account management, growth, or client relationship management is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to work in full WFO setting from Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
  • Able to work independently while maintaining strong coordination with relevant teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute targeted growth strategies, adapt to market changes, and provide proactive solutions.
  • Target-oriented with a strong drive for achieving goals.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly mobile and willing to travel for business trips.
