Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling, benchmarking, and valuation analysis for potential acquisition targets.
- Perform industry research and market assessments to identify strategic opportunities.
- Evaluate potential acquisition targets based on strategic fit, commercial potential, and financial performance.
- Prepare investment decks, internal reports, and transaction summaries for review by senior leadership.
- Coordinate due diligence processes across finance, legal, HR, and operations teams.
- Track project timelines, deal pipelines, and ensure documentation is updated and organized.
- Contribute to the development of post-merger integration plans by gathering and analyzing relevant operational data.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth execution of M&A initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
- Familiarity with key transaction documents, such as merger agreements, stock/asset purchase agreements, and letters of intent.
- Experience assisting in the review and preparation of legal and financial documentation.
- Exposure to partnership agreements, joint ventures, or shareholder structures is a plus.
- Solid skills in conducting financial, commercial, and legal due diligence.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
