Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for Nordic speakers at Mercier Consultancy in Bali, Indonesia, with a fully paid relocation package. In this role, you will handle customer service and support tasks, engage in communication with clients, help resolve issues, and support business operations. Day-to-day responsibilities will include answering queries via email and phone, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and good command of English
• Customer service and communication skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is beneficial
• Flexibility to adapt to new environments and cultures
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous but not required
