We are a professional services organization that implements cloud solutions to fulfill our client’s back-office compliance requirements (finance, accounting and tax). Our clients are spread across multiple industries (retail, F&B, services, etc.) and you will work with multiple departments and key-stakeholders to deliver value and improve client’s internal operations. AKRUA Consulting is looking for a detail-oriented, resilient, and bilingual Note Taker to support our Co-Founder based in Jakarta. This role will be part of the HR Department, responsible for attending meetings, capturing key discussions, tracking open items, and ensuring clear follow-ups.
If you have strong communication skills, are fluent in English, thrive in fast-paced environments, and can handle direct feedback professionally, this might be the role for you.

- Serve as the primary note taker in all meetings attended by the Co-Founder (internal and external).
- Summarize discussions into clear and actionable meeting minutes.
- Manage documentation and ensure all follow-up items are tracked.
- Coordinate with relevant team members to ensure timely completion of follow-up tasks.
- Remind and follow up on open items or action points from meetings.
- Support scheduling and coordination of meetings as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all discussions and sensitive business information.
- Provide administrative and coordination support under the HR Department.
- Excellent listening and summarization skills with high attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, able to follow fast-paced bilingual conversations.
- Previous work experience in a similar or administrative role will be considered a strong advantage.
- Resilient, tough, and adaptable, comfortable working closely with a straightforward, fast-moving leader.
- Proficient with digital note-taking and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Notion, etc.).
