Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Design test strategy, write test cases, execute functional, performance, and regression test cases, and verify bug fixes and generate test reports.
• Improve system and tool quality and efficiency through technical means such as tool platform development, automated testing, and performance testing.
• Identify, document, and report software bugs and user experience issues in a detailed-oriented, but efficient manner, and identify and prioritize critical issues, escalating appropriately.
• Communicate test status with the design and development teams to ensure that the features of the software/platform solution are tested and that defects are corrected before products and systems go live.
• Review and analyze acceptance criteria for completeness and review quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure proper execution, and develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures for manual and automated testing.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate quality testing activities.
  
  

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Majoring in computer software or other related majors, strong learning ability, good problem analysis and problem solving skills.
• Strong business analysis ability, communication expression and comprehensive coordination ability, and ability to build a quality assurance system.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in various software testing technologies and methods, such as functional testing, performance testing, asset loss prevention and control, etc., and have experience in improving testing efficiency and coverage by reusing or building self-built tools.
• Familiar with at least one development language (Go/Java is preferred).
