PT Hourlogy Indah Perkasa is the authorized operator of OMEGA boutiques in Indonesia. We are looking for a strong candidate to lead our boutiques in Jakarta as BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with prior luxury employers. We prefer a seasoned luxury Retail Assistant Store Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and exceeding goals, while delivering refined customer service and demonstrating strong clientele skills.

Responsibilities

  1. Responsible for managing a retail staff within a business. Sets up displays and assists customer and staff during business hours.
  2. In charge of the general operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and meets company’s or Brand’s high standards.
  3. Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
  4. Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
  5. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  6. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
  7. Report on buying trends, market analysis, customer needs, profits, etc.
  8. Propose innovative ideas to increase store traffic, optimize profitability and higher turnover.
  9. Conduct personnel performance appraisals.
  10. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).
  11. Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
  12. Additional Assistant Store Manager duties as needed.
  13. Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager.

Requirements

  1. Must have minimum three years experience as Assistant Store Manager for a Sales Team.
  2. Knowledgeable in high-end luxury retail sales with appreciation for product quality, service excellence and all the related aspects.
  3. Good hygiene, grooming and pleasant personality is required.
  4. Superior communications skills both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
  5. Excellent selling and customer service skills.
  6. Able to make quick and sound decisions.
  7. Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
  8. Assertive and possesses excellent leadership.
  9. Skills in Microsoft Office are required.
  10. Luxury retail experience is preferred.
