PT Hourlogy Indah Perkasa is the authorized operator of OMEGA boutiques in Indonesia. We are looking for a strong candidate to lead our boutiques in Jakarta as BOUTIQUE ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record with prior luxury employers. We prefer a seasoned luxury Retail Assistant Store Manager with a strong focus on driving sales and exceeding goals, while delivering refined customer service and demonstrating strong clientele skills.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a retail staff within a business. Sets up displays and assists customer and staff during business hours.
- In charge of the general operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and meets company’s or Brand’s high standards.
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
- Ensure high levels of customers’ satisfaction through excellent service.
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Report on buying trends, market analysis, customer needs, profits, etc.
- Propose innovative ideas to increase store traffic, optimize profitability and higher turnover.
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.).
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance.
- Additional Assistant Store Manager duties as needed.
- Reporting directly to the Boutique Manager.
Requirements
- Must have minimum three years experience as Assistant Store Manager for a Sales Team.
- Knowledgeable in high-end luxury retail sales with appreciation for product quality, service excellence and all the related aspects.
- Good hygiene, grooming and pleasant personality is required.
- Superior communications skills both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Indonesia. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Excellent selling and customer service skills.
- Able to make quick and sound decisions.
- Able to work independently with high attention to detail.
- Assertive and possesses excellent leadership.
- Skills in Microsoft Office are required.
- Luxury retail experience is preferred.
