Job Requirements

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate (Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields).
  • Internship experiences in Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, Strategy, or Data is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented & organized
  • Proficient in Google Workspace especially Excel/Google Sheets, flowcharts design tools, including data tracking, reporting, and visualization flow.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Onsite (hybrid) position in Batu, Jawa Timur, with willingness to travel if required.

Job Description

  • Operational Monitoring & Support
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring key operational processes such as deposit, registration, withdrawal, and escalated customer complaints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collect and review feedback related to current processes and regulations.
  • Process Improvement & SOP Review
  • Assist in evaluating and refining operational SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Support the implementation of new procedures and standards for operational workflows.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Generate periodic performance reports for management review.
