Job Description

• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams via email and phone.
• Coordinate with operations/field teams to ensure smooth customer activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and verify shipment documents.
• Ensure timely and correct execution of customer orders.
• Conduct stock opname as scheduled.
• Prepare and deliver accurate reports (inbound, outbound, stock, etc.) for customers and internal teams.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Shipping, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics Operations.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and documentation processes.
• Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
• Customer-focused, proactive, and a team player.
• Placement available in Batam, Ambon, Tanjung Pinang, and Toli-Toli (please specify preferred location when applying).
