We are looking for an Operations Support to join our team. In this role, you will support the smooth execution of classes and provide assistance before, during, and after class sessions. Check out the details below to learn more about this position.
Before Class
- Set up classes based on the schedule.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and teachers.
- Train teachers to use Cakap platforms.
- Stream or mirror classes when needed.
- Manage the chat, include in send welcome and closing messages, respond to comments or complaints, and address any issues.
- Ensure classes run without interruptions.
- Create class reports.
- Handle escalated issues from B2C clients.
- Organize and upload upskilling videos.
- Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Management, Communication, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using OBS or similar software for live streaming.
