Job Description:

• Review Technical bid clarification and ensure that such procedure/drawing or other related documents are approved by each party.
• Carry out progressive inspection for each project as per approved procedure starting from Incoming material, In-process of Manufacturing/Fabrication, and Post Manufacturing/fabrication prior to product delivery to the customer.
• Evaluate all the details of out-of-tolerance during inspection activity against the applicable drawing/acceptance criteria.
• Mark up the item with (A hold or NCR) sticker and ensure it is moved to the quarantine area the information. of the discrepancies shall inform Sr. Operations Quality Inspector, Supervisor, or Superintendent, to the raise the official NCR document.
• Sign related Job Instruction Sheet.
• Produce and submit an inspection report within 24 hours.
• Responsible for supervising any Assistant Operations Quality dedicated to assisting his Inspection process.
