As a Parking Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parking facilities, ensuring they are safe, efficient, and ready to accommodate all users.

Requirements:

• Hold a minimum of a diploma; additional certifications in parking management or logistics are a plus.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parking facility management or logistics.
• Possess strong knowledge of parking systems, traffic flow management, and customer service.
• Have experience with parking software and tools to monitor and manage parking spaces efficiently.
• Exhibit a strong commitment to safety and quality, ensuring all operations meet industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily parking operations, including space allocation, traffic flow, and customer service.
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues, ensuring efficient use of parking spaces and facilities.
• Keep detailed records of parking activities, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Collaborate with the facilities and security teams to ensure smooth operations and minimize disruptions.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed, maintaining a clean and safe parking environment.
