DESIGNATION : Partnership Associate
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main Responsibilities
- Maintaining the stability of relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Identifying business opportunities with existing clients and potential new clients for ALTO's products and services through a data-driven approach.
- Encouraging the implementation of new partnerships with clients in accordance with established work standards
- Providing standard pricing to clients for existing products.
Key Roles
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients.
- Identifying potential new collaboration opportunities for existing products with clients.
- Capable of handling client complaints as the first point of contact.
- Able to collaborate with other divisions to address and fulfill client needs.
- Conducting a review of the business aspects of partnership agreements.
- Able to prepare all related documents, such as :
- Presentation materials
- Proposals
- Partnership agreements,
- Other necessary documents for client collaboration, and
- Documents required for regulatory purposes
Performance Indicator
New agreements with clients related to ALTO's existing products/services.
Able to communicate and collaborate with other divisions to provide effective solutions and meet client needs.
