  • Drive revenue growth and achieve partnership targets through strategic business plans
  • Identify, secure, and manage partnerships that align with the school’s objectives
  • Develop proposals, negotiate agreements, and deliver win-win outcomes
  • Lead partnership activities, including events, activations, and campaigns, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor market trends, evaluate partner performance, and analyze competitor activities.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing preferred
  • Excellent both oral and written in Bahasa Indonesia & English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & digital tools
