Parts Clerk

To assist Inventory Supervisor in the process of procurement and replenishment parts for Liebherr Indonesia stock
Your responsibilities

• Perform periodic stock order based on research of MRP proposal generated by BAAN system.
• Liaise with Parts Inventory Procurement Supervisor to analyze and purchase the right amount of stock just on time.
• Create Purchase Orders to LEC, LME, LEX, LLG, or Affiliates for stock order purpose.
• Assist in stock taking activities as directed.
• Assisting the Inventory Supervisor to check the availability of the parts to support all Liebherr unit.
• Committing filling process and record all transactions related to the above job.
• Keep a good cooperation to all personnel, and to make sure that the precedure of safety working and of safety environment are applied well.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Education Min D3
• Minimal 3 year experience in Heavy Mining Equipment Industry.
• A high standard of personal work ethic.
• English verbal and written communication skill.
• Ability to work with BAAN program.
• Ability to reconcile stock counts to report data.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a small team environment.
