Job Description
Payroll
- Responsible for the full spectrum of payroll activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll data & processing, coordinating and verifying with various internal teams to ensure data validity.
- Familiar and able to utilize the HRIS system for payroll processing.
- Handle calculation for BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, PPH 21 and other relevant data for payroll processing.
- Manage the registration and administration within BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, DJP online system.
- Manage monthly, annual, and periodic filings of statutory payment submissions.
- Keep abreast with regulations related to tax calculation and mandatory government benefits. Provide necessary insight to various stakeholders should there be any implication due to change in regulations.
- Delivering payroll reports accurately and record it accordingly for various stakeholders.
- Provide support for any projects related to business process streamlining and reengineering of work efficiency to improve governance and controls in payroll processing.

HRIS & HR Administration
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRIS, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes in employment status.
- Generate reports and analytics from HRIS data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Manage the process for contract management, warning letters, reference letters and other HR related documents as required.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with the Data Privacy and other relevant legislation
- Improve HR Operations & payroll processes to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
- Participate in HR projects and activities and proactively problem solve.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources / Finance / Accounting / Management
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with exposure to payroll, compensation & benefit and HR administration.
- Has experience working in start-up companies is a plus
- Passionate towards talent, culture, and people development
- Attention to details, neatness, and analytical thinking
- Good communicator and strong interpersonal skills
