Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment process, maintain and update candidate databases to ensure accurate tracking of recruitment progress.
  • Assist and help coordinating internal learning programs.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR administrative tasks and ensure data is accurately maintained in the HR system.
  • Be involved in all HR projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or related field required (still in college).
  • Having basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
  • People-oriented, Have a good empathy.
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrates skill in task management & time management.
  • Proactive, fast learner, and resourceful.
