Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Responsible & accountable for overall people engagement approach, framework and activities that uphold company culture, branding and values
- Define directions and strategy in developing and nurturing the employee engagement activities, leadership development and training if needed (internally & externally)
- Lead, manage, and drive people focused projects as part of organization strategic focuses and needs
- Ensure organization activities and programs align with company culture, branding & values
- Oversee program development, propose recommendation, oversee budget & manage OP strategy needs. Includes change management, team building, operational workshops, etc.
- Governs, develop, and sustain people engagement framework & approach that encompasses processes, standards & rules that apply
- Close collaboration with cross-functional teams and actively work with site leadership team to help positively influence company culture, branding & values
- Interface with close partnership with internal & external parties on all people engagement relevant topics.
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical is an advantage, or degree in human resources, communications, or any related field with 5+ years of experience in HR, communications, training and possess profound experience in managing people engagement activities in large scale company with >2000 employees
- Possess strategic thinking and planning skills
- Project management skills
- Strong analytical thinking, situational analysis, and datainterpretation to provide insights
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Experience with employee engagement platforms and survey tools
- Excellent communication in English, verbal & written.
