Permit & Licenses Professional (Mining Industry)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum 30th years old.
• Strong understanding of licenses, permits, regulatory frameworks.
• Having minimum 5 years of working experience in government relation & permit or working with the ESDM & KLHK.
• Having experience in Coal or Nickle mining industry.
• Experienced in managing OSS and handling related permits.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Obtaining permits in accordance with the organization's plans and activities
• Develop and execute government affairs strategies to promote our organization's goals and objectives
• Monitor legislative and regulatory activities and provide timely updates to the managements.
• Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other key influencers to advocate for our organization's interests.
• Represent our organization at meetings and other relevant events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to analyse the impact of proposed regulations and legislation on our organization, and develop appropriate responses and action plans.
• Conduct research and analysis on government policies, initiatives, and trends that may impact our organization.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate our organization's positions and priorities to government officials and other stakeholders.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in government affairs to continuously improve our strategies and approaches.
• Manage budgets, documents and timelines of permit.
