PT. Kubu Radak Lestari is an agribusiness company in Indonesia established in 2020, engaged in rubber and oil palm plantations, beverage crops such as tea, coffee, and cocoa, as well as natural forest management. We are committed to sustainable agricultural practices and creating long-term value in the plantation sector.

The Role

  • You will be responsible for overseeing all plantation operational activities, including planning, production supervision, human resource management, and the implementation of sustainable agricultural practices.
  • You will ensure that the quality of crops such as rubber, oil palm, and beverage plants is maintained in accordance with company standards.
  • This position also requires the ability to develop strategies to increase productivity while maintaining a balance between profitability and environmental sustainability.
