Platform Management Officer - Bandung

• Conduct regular audits of menu prices on merchant platforms (Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Configure and update menu items on the POS application (Klikit) to reflect current offerings and pricing.
• Register new brands and stores on merchant platforms (Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood) to expand the platform's offerings.
• Manage and optimize customer journey processes across online food delivery services to enhance user experience and retention.

• 3 Days WFA | Bandung Based
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in platform or account management, preferably within the F&B industry.
• Proficiency with POS systems (e.g., Klikit, Runchise, any) and digital platforms (e.g., Shopee, GoFood, GrabFood); strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with managing customer journey processes on online food delivery services.
