The Role

  • Handle procurement process for goods and services according to company needs.
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Prepare purchase orders, negotiate terms, and maintain good supplier relationships.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Source materials, negotiate with vendors, and compare quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any supply issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities.
  • Menangani proses pengadaan barang dan jasa sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan mengevaluasi pemasok untuk memastikan kualitas, efektivitas biaya, dan pengiriman tepat waktu.
  • Menyiapkan pesanan pembelian, menegosiasikan persyaratan, dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan pemasok.
  • Memantau tingkat inventaris dan berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang dan logistik.
  • Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan perusahaan dan peraturan pengadaan.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Mencari bahan baku, bernegosiasi dengan vendor, dan membandingkan penawaran.
  • Menyimpan catatan transaksi pengadaan yang akurat.
  • Memantau jadwal pengiriman dan menyelesaikan masalah pasokan.
  • Menyiapkan laporan berkala tentang aktivitas pembelian.

Ideal Profile

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel is a must).
  • Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Minimal 1–2 tahun pengalaman di bidang pengadaan atau pembelian.
  • Keterampilan negosiasi dan komunikasi yang kuat.
  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (Excel wajib).
  • Jujur, berorientasi pada detail, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan.
