Product Design Engineer (Aerospace Seals)

What you'll do:

• Provide engineering design, 3D Modeling and Drafting services in support of the EST team charter.
• Design and drafting (solid modeling and detailing) support for engineering projects initiated by fluid conveyance sites (outside of Asia).
• Design and drafting support for FC Asia product development and production support projects.
• Responsible for sustaining the design integrity of the product and tooling design including production and customer support efforts.
• Product verification through administration of First Article Inspections (FAI).
• Data collection and reporting in support of the reverse engineering process.

Qualification/Skill:

• Degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical Design/ Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 year experience in Design Engineering environment
• Proficiency in computer aided design and Solid Modeling. Experience in Catia, Pro-E or equivalent Solid Modeling design tool. It will be a plus if you know Enovia.
• Troubleshooting skills for product and tooling related issues.
• Display Initiative and willingness to learn new disciplines and accept responsibility.
