Product Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare drawing (calculation sheet and hose)
• Prepare and check drawings (fitting, ancillary, others related to product)
• Prepare document for design and development of hose product (planning, input, output, review, verification, validation) and conduct prototype until release to production
• Review contract content, prepare inquiry letter for making procedure and prepare making procedure for domestic order (direct to Sales)
• Conduct C1 meeting and coordinate with related section if any new specification, process and etc.
• Prepare and check travel card of every order
• Prepare travel card package (BOM, actual material cost)
• Prepare and check advance order (fitting, pallet) and pallet calculation
• Prepare first article and follow up to related section
• Prepare and check PE notice and follow up to related section
• Prepare MOC and follow up to related section
• Prepare drawing list, Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and another document for customer
• Prepare procedure related to specification, technical and process of the product and make sure in line with actual production

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in manufacturing company 2 years
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with Fabrication process
