- Support Product Managers by collecting and analyzing product data to aid decision-making.
- Streamline communication between product teams and other departments.
- Assist in standardizing processes like planning, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Contribute to product experimentation and innovation initiatives.
- Help manage feature prioritization, backlogs, and user stories.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business units to align development with goals.
- Conduct basic market research and analyze product performance metrics to suggest improvements.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, design, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and administrative skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with agile practices and product development concepts is a plus.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Passion for creating social impact, particularly in Indonesia's education sector.
