Product Researcher Intern

Job Description

1. Identify users’ needs, problems, and experience in the product through various research methodologies

• Participate in research planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Conduct research through various methodologies, e.g., surveys, quick call, in-depth interviews, and FGD

2. Continuously monitor product performance and gather users’ feedback

• Weekly monitor app rating and review
• Participate in research planning, execution, analysis, and reporting
• Conduct research through various methodologies, e.g., surveys, quick call, in-depth interviews, and FGD

3. Provide insights into market trends and the competitive landscape by conducting competitive analysis

4. Support the operations of research projects

• Contact research participants
• Involve in research projects administration
• Document research projects and knowledge management

Requirements

1. Currently enrolled or just graduated from a Psychology, Sociology, Business Management, Anthropology, Computer Science, Information System, Educational Technology, or a related field

2. Experience in conducting a research project/assignment would be preferred.

3. Familiarity with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

4. Understanding of factors influencing human behavior, especially in tech or digital environments

5. Passion or interest in the EdTech market/industry (prior exposure is a big plus!)

6. Exposure to or knowledge of research methodologies (quantitative and/or qualitative)

7. Strong verbal and written communication skills
